We operate a managed business-to-business (B2B) food sourcing and export platform. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the platform you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — name, business email, and profile information, provided through our authentication provider.
• Company & verification (KYB) information — legal company name, country, business registration / incorporation number, tax / VAT / GSTIN, import-export codes, and uploaded documents (licenses, certificates, identity of authorised signatories).
• Sourcing & transaction data — RFQs, specifications, quantities, destinations, quotations, orders, invoices, shipments, and related communications.
• Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers; we retain payment references and status.
• Technical & usage data — log data, device/browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure the service.

2. How we use information

• Verify businesses (KYB) and prevent fraud, money-laundering, and sanctions breaches.
• Operate the sourcing workflow: RFQs, private sourcing, quotations, orders, logistics, and documentation.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Comply with export, trade, tax, and other legal obligations.
• Communicate with you about your account, requests, and orders.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the platform.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Service providers — authentication, cloud hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, and payment processing (e.g. Stripe / Razorpay).
• Verification providers — where used to screen business identity and sanctions/PEP lists.
• Logistics & freight partners — where required to fulfil and ship an order.
• Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation.

Counterparty privacy: our model keeps sourcing relationships private — buyers do not see supplier identities, contacts, factory details, or supplier pricing, and suppliers do not see end-buyer identities.

4. International transfers

We are based in India and use cloud infrastructure that may process data in other regions. We take reasonable steps to protect information wherever it is processed.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, trade, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and our legal retention obligations, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at exports@snowffusion.in.

9. Eligibility

The platform is for businesses and their authorised representatives (18+). It is not intended for consumers or children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
