Shipping & Delivery Policy
We export physical food products from India to business buyers worldwide. Delivery is by international freight under the Incoterms agreed for each order.
Last updated: 8 July 2026
1. How delivery works
Orders are fulfilled as international export shipments from India. The delivery basis (for example FOB, CIF, or DDP) is the Incoterm stated in your quotation and order, which determines who arranges and pays for freight, insurance, and clearance, and where risk transfers.
2. Timelines
- Each order shows an estimated production lead time plus freight transit time.
- These are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on production, carrier schedules, ports, and customs.
- We keep you updated through shipment milestones on the platform.
3. Documentation
We provide the standard export documents for your shipment, which may include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading / airway bill, and applicable quality or phytosanitary certificates.
4. Customs, duties & taxes
Unless your order is on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring the goods may lawfully be imported and for any required import licenses.
5. Tracking
Shipment status and milestones are available to buyers on the platform. Carrier tracking references are shared where available.
6. Delays
Delivery may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier or port delays, weather, and force majeure. We will communicate material delays as soon as we can.
