By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Nature of the service

Global Food Sourcing OS is a managed B2B sourcing and export platform. Snowffusion Foods Pvt Ltd acts as principal — the seller and exporter of record — sourcing food products from a private supplier network and supplying them to business buyers. It is not a consumer marketplace and is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• The platform is for businesses and their authorised representatives (18+).
• You must provide accurate information and complete business verification (KYB) before transacting.
• Access may be invitation- or approval-based; we may accept or decline any account or request.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. RFQs, quotations & orders

• A request for quotation (RFQ) is a request for information, not an order.
• A quotation is an offer valid for the period stated on it and may change or be withdrawn until accepted.
• An order is formed only when you accept a quotation and we confirm it. We may decline or cancel before confirmation.

4. Pricing, taxes & Incoterms

Prices, currency, applicable taxes/duties, and delivery terms (Incoterms) are stated in each quotation. Unless stated otherwise, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Exchange rates may affect multi-currency pricing.

5. Payment terms

Payment terms are stated in your quotation or order and may include advance/deposit, telegraphic transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), or online payment (card / UPI). Deposits secure production and allocation. The balance is due as agreed, typically before dispatch. Late payment may delay or suspend fulfilment.

6. Supplier confidentiality & non-circumvention

Supplier identities, contacts, factory details, and supplier pricing are confidential. You agree not to attempt to identify, contact, or transact directly with our suppliers so as to circumvent the platform, during your relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterwards.

7. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported into your destination country, and for obtaining any required import licenses, registrations, and approvals. Products are supplied to the agreed specification and certifications.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of trade, export, or sanctions laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". Goods are warranted to meet the agreed specification; to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude other warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any agreed arbitration.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
